Burnout in the Workplace: Movement & Meaning
May 2025 | Corporate Training
A full-day, interactive training designed for teams working in high-crisis environments experiencing burnout and high turnover. This workshop explored the value of rest, movement, and nervous system regulation in sustaining meaningful work.
The day included yoga, embodied practices, reflection, and practical tools for asking for help in high-stress roles. Leadership was also supported in understanding the importance of consistency and preventative care. Feedback highlighted the impact of learning both why burnout happens and how reconnecting to the body supports resilience, performance, and retention. Read about it on our blog here.
I’m Not Broken – A Two-Part Series
November 8 & 15, 2024
This two-part workshop explored the nervous system through a trauma-informed lens, reframing symptoms as adaptive responses rather than flaws. Participants learned how old patterns once served a purpose, how we outgrow them, and how to support the nervous system with kindness instead of shame.
Kids Have Stress Too
October 19, 2023
Co-hosted with Krysta Bucci -A supportive workshop for parents to better understand how stress shows up in children’s bodies. Participants learned practical, compassionate ways to support their child’s nervous system and emotional wellbeing. Read about it on our blog here.

Inside Out Events
May 2025 & September 2025 | Signature Event
Co-hosted with Mia Harris, Inside Out is a signature experience designed to support women in healing from the inside out and the outside in. Each event is intuitively curated for the women present and includes meditation, reiki, an Inside Out yoga flow, and education on how external supports can impact overall wellbeing.
Together, Gabriella and Mia hold a kind, intentional space for exploring the mind-body connection, offering practical takeaways to integrate beyond the event. These gatherings run twice yearly in the spring and fall.
Summer Solstice Gathering
June 20, 2025
Co-hosted with Lish Hummel, a seasonal celebration welcoming the summer solstice through yoga and reiki, alongside a co-hosted clearing ritual and guided meditation to support renewal and intention-setting.
Renewal
March 23, 2024
An intuitive, grounding experience focused on clearing space and reconnecting inward. The event included yoga, journaling, exploration of how crystals can support the nervous system, and shared nourishment in community.
Relax & Renew
January 2024
Co-hosted with Healing Frequencies - A nourishing gathering supporting nervous system regulation through movement and sound. Participants shared a meal, reflected on intentions for the year ahead, and explored the power of community as a source of strength and healing.

An educational and experiential event exploring the chakra system, with guidance on how each chakra connects to vocal sound and movement to support balance and expression.
Karma Yoga Series

A restorative retreat focused on releasing what felt stuck and gently welcoming in what was ready to emerge. The day emphasized reconnection through movement, vocal nourishment, journaling, and community.

Grief Support Group
September–October 2025 | Virtual | 6 weeks
A virtual grief support group offering a gentle, validating space to explore loss, emotions, and healing. Participants were supported in understanding grief as a natural and personal process, with connection at the centre. Read about it on our blog here.
