Hi, I'm Paige!

Paige Bukovac (She/Her)
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Approach to Therapy
Paige offers a compassionate, client-centred approach that integrates DBT, somatic therapy, and parts work to support deep, sustainable healing. She meets you exactly where you are, helping you build emotional regulation skills, reconnect with your body, and gently explore the parts of you holding stress or trauma. With a steady, grounding presence, Paige creates a safe space for clarity, resilience, and mind-body wellbeing, especially for those navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm.
Paige’s journey into therapy began with her own experiences of loss and mental health challenges—giving her a deep understanding of the quiet pain so many people carry. These moments shaped her passion for supporting others through their hardest seasons and guiding them toward healing, clarity, and self-understanding. With a natural gift for empathy and deep listening, Paige offers a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, supported, and genuinely understood. She believes meaningful healing comes through authentic connection and honours each person’s unique path.

Paige holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and has extensive training in creating therapeutic environments that foster growth and transformation. She supports clients navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions, meeting them with compassion and steady guidance every step of the way.
