Approach to Therapy

Lauren’s approach to therapy centres on creating a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental space where clients feel truly seen and supported. She works collaboratively with individuals across Ontario navigating life transitions, career uncertainty, workplace stress or burnout, midlife anxiety or depression, and questions around purpose and meaning, as well as those experiencing social anxiety, low self-esteem, substance misuse, or the emotional challenges of autoimmune disorders. With a growth-oriented, strength-based, and compassionate style, Lauren meets each person where they are, helping them reconnect with their strengths, explore their experiences, and move toward meaningful change in a safe, empowering environment.

Lauren’s wellness journey began over a decade ago, inspired by her own healing from physical symptoms and grounded in her diploma in Advanced Holistic Nutrition. Through this path, she discovered the transformative power of the mind–body connection and the role of nature in fostering growth and self-awareness.

With over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and organizations, Lauren has guided people through workplace stress, career and life transitions, and the pursuit of motivation and meaning during challenging times. She brings a collaborative, strength-based perspective, helping clients connect with their personal values and build resilience as they navigate life’s ups and downs.
