Approach to Therapy

Gabriella believes in the power of the mind-body connection to foster complete wellness. Her approach includes elements of nature, rest and holistic practices like yoga and reiki. She excels at helping clients release stress and trauma while finding clarity and peace. She focuses on creating a safe, inclusive environment where her clients can reconnect with themselves and feel empowered in their healing journey.

Growing up in Niagara, Gabriella learned early on the importance of holding space for others. Inspired by her mother’s compassionate work, she began to understand that mental health isn’t just about coping but about thriving. This lesson sparked her life’s mission: to empower others to use their own inner strength and heal in a deep, lasting way.

As a Registered Social Worker, Consultant and Clinical Supervisor in Ontario, Gabriella’s qualifications are extensive. Her hands-on community work in Niagara - volunteering for six years on the Mayor’s Youth Advisory Committee, working in local homeless shelters and supporting the Niagara Youth Justice Committee - has shaped her inclusive, client-centred approach.

Gabriella’s journey from a solo private practice to founding The Wellness Hive + Inc. reflects her commitment to continuous growth, both personally and professionally.

With a Master’s in Social Work and certifications in yoga (RYT 500-hour) and Reiki Master, Gabriella integrates holistic techniques into her clinical practice to provide a balanced journey to wellness.
