Registered Psychotherapist

Approach to Therapy

Ashley offers a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space grounded in the belief that our behaviours and reactions carry meaningful stories. By taking time to understand you and your family’s experiences, you will work together to uncover strengths, recognize patterns, and support the changes you wish to make. Mindfulness and meditation have shaped her own growth, allowing her to bring a grounded and authentic presence into your sessions. Ashley honours you as the expert in your life and will walk alongside you with curiosity and attunement. Through deep listening and gentle guidance, Ashley will help you look inward with clarity and compassion so you can meet life’s challenges with greater ease, acceptance, and confidence.

Ashley is deeply passionate about creating a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported. She understands that reaching out for help is a courageous step, and she’s committed to walking alongside each person with care, curiosity, and compassion.

Ashley’s approach to therapy is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that each person already holds the wisdom they need to heal. She integrates modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Brainspotting to support deeper self-awareness, emotional processing, and lasting transformation. Her work is always attuned to the unique needs and pace of each individual.

Ashley supports clients navigating trauma, mood-related challenges, relationship dynamics, and pregnancy or infant loss. Whether someone is moving through grief, experiencing a life transition, or reconnecting with themselves, Ashley offers a steady and affirming presence. As a proud 2SLGBTQIA+ ally, Ashley is committed to offering inclusive, trauma-informed, and nonjudgmental care for all.
