THRIVE WORKSHOPS

Wellness workshops are available for both corporate groups and individuals. They help to gain a better understanding of wellness and how to regulate and explore your nervous system so you can thrive at work or at home.

Corporate Workshops

Empower your employees to prioritize their wellness to improve staff longevity and productivity.

Your employees will feel seen and heard as they’ll have the opportunity to express challenges and contribute to a structured wellness plan.

Employees will develop a daily schedule that incorporates wellness activities and breaks to prevent stress and burnout in the workplace. It will also create space for social interactions and team-building to foster camaraderie.

Individual Workshops

For everyday humans who are looking to understand themselves better, regulate their nervous systems and enhance their overall wellness.

You’ll learn to explore your emotions, thoughts and behaviours and manage stress with a regulated nervous system through holistic wellness practices.

Explore practices such as yoga, meditation and nutrition to contribute to your overall well-being so you can thrive.

Individual workshops are available virtually.

WELLNESS EVENTS

Our wellness events are centred around your inner peace. They offer a space to recharge, reflect and reconnect with your true self. Together we explore the mind, body and spirit connection through yoga, guided walks, journaling and conversation with like-minded individuals.

Events are offered seasonally so you can immerse yourself in the healing power of nature and have a share in activities that build an appreciation of the natural world around you. Our events can be full-day or half-day and include nourishment.

SUPPORT GROUPS

Community-Based Healing. Professional Facilitation. Real Support.

At The Wellness Hive, our Support Groups are professionally facilitated therapeutic spaces designed to help individuals move through life’s challenges with care, connection, and evidence-based support. In a world that can feel overwhelming, isolating, and fast-paced, group support offers deeply needed humanity.

Our trauma-informed support groups are led by licensed mental health professionals and integrate nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, attachment-informed therapy, and holistic wellness practices. These are intentional conversations that are structured to prioritize emotional safety, confidentiality, and meaningful growth.
