We recognize that first responders, healthcare professionals, and frontline workers often carry the weight of high-stress environments and critical incidents. Our drop-in therapy sessions offer a confidential, supportive space to pause, decompress, and process difficult experiences without the pressure of committing to ongoing therapy.

Whether you’re navigating the impact of a recent high-stress call, cumulative workplace stress, burnout, or emotional fatigue, our therapists provide trauma-informed care that supports nervous system regulation and meaningful processing. Sessions are available in person in Brantford or virtually across Ontario, making it easier to access support when you need it most.

HOW DROP-IN THERAPY WORKS
We know starting therapy can feel overwhelming. That’s why we’re introducing drop-in sessions. How it works: Simply show up as you are, sign in, and meet with a therapist. No long-term commitment required. Whether you’re looking for a one-time reset, support through a stressful season, or a way to explore if therapy is right for you, this is an accessible and supportive way to begin.
When:
Tuesdays: 12:00 pm-4:00 pm (Virtual Only)

​Alternating Saturdays: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm (Virtual by default OR in-person with 24 hours notice by email)

Appointments are available to be booked online here.
